TogetherWorks. is a female-founded queer inclusive boutique facilitation company who combine the psychology of acting, the precision of Formula One and communication of teaching to create and deliver empathy lead workshops.

Meet Jenny, Sophie and Dani.
Lead Facilitator and Co-designer
Dani Blue
As a facilitator, coach and trainer Dani brings 20+ years of acting, sports instruction and stage skills together to lead facilitation and training sessions to individuals and teams looking to improve their confidence and impact at work. Her passion is creating change and Dani loves nothing more than motivating others to a deeper connection within relationships, creating cohesive teams and interconnection. As well as facilitating strategy and creative solution workshops, Dani specialises in empathy, active listening, perception, conflict management, connection, leadership, impact, presence, presentations, vocal technique, pitching and storytelling. Dani also hosts large corporate events. Clients include Coca Cola, Fitch, Nestle, Newcastle City Council, David Kempner, Moody’s, Blackbaud and Vinci.
Co-facilitator and Solutions Designer
Sophie Dean
With 17 years of experience in education, Sophie has spent the past decade working with a unique methodology that channels ‘Group Genius’ to unlock creativity and problem-solving within teams. Her freelance facilitation work spans innovative environments within leading consultancies, where she’s helped guide teams through fast-paced, high-stakes projects to create transformative solutions. Trained in structured yet dynamic processes, she specialises in enabling groups to think collaboratively, build strategic clarity, and achieve tangible, lasting results.

Jenny Bond
With over 25 years of experience, much of it in the fast-paced world of Formula One, Jenny has become an expert in managing high-pressure environments. Her time in this industry has sharpened her attention to detail and ability to work with precision under tight deadlines, ensuring that the workshops she oversees are seamless and stress-free. Jenny is a highly organised professional, known for her meticulous approach to project management and virtual assistance. She thrives on creating efficient systems that keep projects on track while maintaining a fun and positive work environment. Outside of her professional life, Jenny is a competitive triathlete who embraces new challenges and adventures. She enjoys balancing her work, personal life, and family, proving that juggling it all can be both rewarding and enjoyable.
